It looks cool, I want to know how to do it! I sail on 470/420 or a hobie 16!

like this

low as you can on the trapezxe adjuster, hook on, twist round like you're sailing a yacht, then do a horizontal handstand.  simples.... Confused

other techniques are available.

In answer to the OP, spin around on your hands when crouch trapezing... get your helm to stand up and push you out with his foot if you haven't got the arm strength to push out yourself- don't worry, it doesn't take away from the glory...  you need a decent breeze and good helmsman who play the power in the main- aim to try it on a beam reach with enough angle to spill the main.

FWIW I found it easier to do on a 420 than on a Laser II.  So freeboard helps.

Of course other boats favour different acrobatics...

This is American Willy Clark after his team won the New York Canoe Club challenge Trophy back in 2011. As I write his brother David should be on the water defending it...

Take a look at this video, about 55 seconds in for some good trapeze technique..

I've tried it on a few things - laser 3000, cherub, and 600. hook on and twist onto the side legs facing outwards with your shoulders resting against the gunwhale, then bring tour arms to beside your shoulders, elbows facing the sky, and push outwards. It seemed easier on the cherub, the racks were better to grip onto and rest your shoulders on. it was just possible on the 600 for about 7 seconds by wedging the mainsheet and tiller between the rack and your hand, sort of doesn't work when gusts or lulls hit though ;)

With that dog video, I can't decide if the dog is really clever to do all those things, or really dumb to be willing to.
