Hadn't they discovered 'off the boom' sheeting, or is that forbidden as in the Miracle class, for goodness sake. 

Why do some classes seek to be so unnecessarily restrictive on zero-cost mods*?  It's almost as if they don't want to you to enjoy yourself too much.

* actually, off the boom would be cheaper than the off the thwart solution imposed by the Miracle class.  They even limited the bridle height; how anal is that?
