Yeah, that's the plan. Already entered in it - though if the forecast blows up I might change down to the Lightning

Birkett? ... I'm already in ....almost the first thing in my diary every year now. Unbelivably I did consider "Birkett or Tour De France in t'Yorkshire?" ... Birkett wins out every time

Lord Birkett?

There will be Northerners there, probably with warm beer, Ferrets in their trousers sailing GP14's and definitely Black Pudding for breakfast, why would you? And you can't understand a word anyone says..(how they sail in those clogs is beyond me..)

Who was Lord Birkett anyway, probably one of King John's robber barons?

Same weekend as the biggest Nationals of the year, too...

Well, the biggest (only) Nationals at Whitefriars, anyway!

It will be roasting up there Jimbo, the most stunning scenery, great part, beer and friends and the sailing aint bad either.  You should do it at least once mate, its a celebration of all that remains great in this sport.

EDIT* It may not be my decision to make, the wife wants to come with the kids then i am sorry the decision will of been made for me

Come down to Hythe for the weekend of July 5-6 bring Rupertson, you can not only try out all Rodneys boats including the Zero's, D1's, Icon etc but we'll have hard SUP's blow up SUP's you can try..

Graeme you do realise that your open day is the same weekend as THE BIGGEST dinghy handicap open of the year don't you?  Rodney really wants me to go, but i am struggling as the whole family had planned to come up to the Lord Birkett this year and i am right in the dog house for even suggesting i cant go. Confused
