If they are the correct battens set with the correct tension and with correct rigging settings you will NOT have any sort of problem.  However the reason I suggested checking is that you have a 'loan/demo' boat and believe me they do get played around with .. and er .... 'changed' !!!  .... and that applies not just to Icons either from experience.

Demo boats get intensively used over long periods (that is what they are for of course) and new sails settle in etc etc  .....   And with the greatest respect to those mentioned you also need them set-up by someone, anyone even,  who has sailed/raced the boat on the wet stuff at least a little bit.  (I'm with Charlie later today returning his Solo which he very kindly lent me on Saturday ... and offering a demo Icon for a couple of weekends in return ....  Wink)

Not half as sore as it is now!  Plus at 4.30 I had missed the last cup of tea deadline of 4.30. Still, making up for it now!

I am not sure about the top one; it refuses to 'pop' when I tack and I know the old one did...

It's doing really well at Hunts. Completely suits a small shifty gravel pit.

That bridle is set low -> high leach tension and sheet loads. Can you lengthen it?
