Travel Insurance

   Later in the year I'm heading for my first event outside europe (ic worlds in San Francisco) and was wondering if anybody had experience or expertise with travel insurance that would cover me whilst racing. What should I be expecting to pay and does anyone have any recommended companies to contact?
