best bet would be to get some Phantoms.... real ale and a spicy curry; they even have an event called the steamer thanks to the routine abuse the changing room bogs suffer on the sunday morning.

bowen therapy is the only thing that has helped me over the last few years. from struggling to walk to being able to play badminton and go sailing seriously again (hiking and trapezing)

As a Phantom sailor who has been over 100kg since about 18, poke your comment up your orange drinking laser sailing axxe. My 55 year old knees are now fine thanks to a podiatrist about 4 years ago, although I did give them hell playing squash when I was younger and tweaked both quite badly.

I'm 85kg and my knees are good! My wife is 47kg and he knees and ankles are f**ked, she never even touched a Laser.....sh*t happens, I don't blame the Laser for Jimbo's knees. It's probably an inbreeding thing xx
