Oh yes .. you'd better drop a note to BA ...

Anything with a dacron sail looks dated now ...

But a dacron sail won't set you back £1200 like that Finn sail will...
Needs to sail more...

Err BA is sailing solid advanced composite sails. Finns are so 2012.

(someone has to knock that one out the park)

Hasn't BA got a new job on the board of that electronic foil control system company?

Graeme,

Well I didn't sail it alongside a Laser, but Jo is not only a nice guy, but a great designer (oh and an Olympic medalist) so he knows a thing or two about slippery hulls. It's a very light boat with more width and a big enough sail so it goes. LOL

Simon- when we can compare apples with apples, not prototype development pears, I'd be interested in your take following your Supernova experiences...

This one is cheaper at £500 and looks great value against a laser sail at £450 ... any new modern design need a film sail to at least look the part.

Jim, last time I sailed some prototype boats and commented very neutrally on performance, a couple of people got a bit upset Disapprove, so not right to comment publicly on prototype performance at this stage. We just went for a sail.

I like it!
The rig looks a long way forward but then I like the look of Contenders.  Looks like it'd be a handful on a run in breeze.

And it looks like it's good for that.... I wish it well and hope it's free from racing b**locks, handicaps, bandits, SAil Juice judgement. A boat for a simpler life maybe?
