If they bring it back the boat should be 100% designed, made and crewed by the 'home' country.

does mean Larry might have to find/train some Americans to sail his toy for him......

100% of the sailors should be from the country the boat is from. We don't get Ronaldo to play for England do we??

I think a proportion of the sailing and shore team should have nationality of the team they represent, but to make a 100% rule would be unrelaisitc plus put a curb on potnetial and development, especially in design.
