The first and last track I found at jamendo.com and I searched there for creative commons artists (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/?lang=en) you mostly can use this for private purposes. The Second track "Footsteps" is a swiss rockband, they are not together anymore but I've got permission of them to use this track.
