About the explanation at the end of the video: It says they had bore away too much, while still trying to avoid gybing. But as the ballast was not yet empty, its mass transferred to the front when they hit the wave.

Yeah that's what I though, but there was a bit of talk on sailing anarchy about a few people having a little video of it - trouble is, they're all such a load of w**kers that I don't want to antagonise them by asking for it. :L Ah well, the pictures are more than impressive enough!

Those Figaro guys are completely nuts !!! Though reading the bit at the end they were too high with no ballast or ballast too far forward!

The remainder of the footage (taken long enough to get round to it).  Not as pleased with it as the first video and a bit of gopro fogging issues.
