Makes my 05 look like the poor relation. Bet I will still go faster than you guys as those stripes will slow you down with the extra weight.

No no stripes are fast, but ruin the handling ref American Muscle Cars. So we'll be wicked in a straight line and s***e round the corners (no change there then) and consume huge amounts of fuel .... Babycham and brandy according to Thunder Road (prefer Glengoyne 21 for winter starting tho)

I think the logo on the bonnet is the really fast design. You are right, brandy and babycham for the ladies, Glenfarclas from the foot of Ben Ryan is the winter aviation fuel for straight line speed, corners just haul on the air brakes and let it happen. Permission to buzz the control tower (we are back to Top Gun yet again).

..... and btw that 'black stripe' on the foredeck is more than just gelcoat (even I might switch from my 'spartan' approach now - it looks simply gorgeous, and much better still in the flesh).    Looks like you Finn guys prepped Devoti over the years for just about anything in terms of preening n' pimping ... so I guess they now treat 'custom' as normal.

We'll get used to it ...

B****r Ice Man ... Forgot to spec flaps for the corners. .... Is it too late for an extra pimp to the carbon wing sail I specced for my boat (didn't everyone?) a wee trailing wing flap would help on the corners maybe?

As for the foredeck .... The true secret will out when north meets south at the first training session.

Permission to buzz the tower granted ... thunder

Buzzed the tower, secretary spilt her coffee and now I'm grounded. Never been described as a Southerner before quite flattered (never did like Neil Youngs Southern Man). So, I guess I'll be heading north to my favourite UK country with Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet Home Alabama on the car sound system and a bottle of Southern Comfort in the boot. SF, you choose a suitable location north of the border, best be sure they have a good diner, run by a woman of a certain age and looks like she led a hard life, that serves endless coffee, does great pancakes and knows how to do eggs 'easy over'. Secretary? It was the officer in charge of the ATC that spilled his coffee.

I think some of the bespoke Icons coming out of Devoti are fantastic, look so much better than a boring white boat.  Its like some of the one off Winder merlins (and now Solo's).  it really defines the class and the builder.  Top work boys.

Where I come from being called a Southerner is not a compliment, but I had it that the guys from the north fly in on the far south for a bit of sport ...
You can be my wing man ...... LOL
