Hi TH
Toestrap default is up to Devoti now - or maybe they will offer both as either will be accepted. Rodney may be able to confirm. Mike L. |

Thanks, following the Australian route initially, double ones are available to my drawing locally if I need them, any ideas for my other two questions? Thanks, Mike (TR)

Having tried your boat at the forumites meeting Mike I certainly hope that devoti do allow people to choose their own toestrap configuration. I know that you like one long strap but personally I prefer two as it feels more positive to me. I felt like I was going to disappear over the side when I needed to hike out. I'm sure it works better when both are hiking though but it would annoy me that every time the crew moved it would impact on my hiking out. Personal choices of course

TH
Don't see anything wrong with fast pins .... Adjustable forestay is a slightly different question as we use a zip-up jib so the jib does not need a wire. Let us get back to you on that one ... Chers- Mike L. |
