I think that us Pikeys will be moving through the gate after the racing is over.  I hope to be there by 10.00 also as I have to nail my boat together and help with a couple of others.

with regard to my handicap please could I point out the following 1) I am a girl 2) so is my crew 3) I am fifty years old 4) my boat is 40 years old 5) I will have a new hair do and there fore be unable to get it wet 6) as yet I cannot attach the centreboard to the boat.

And how come all those modern boats are in the concourse?  It's a fix.

the same, but different...

Guys, if I can get myself there this weekend minus a boat, does anyone know if there is a boat available for me to use? Even a beaten up club laser or similar?

Is there really only one wooden boat on the list?

Are you all scared of Grumph and his matches?

I'm going to put Charlie in the wooden Minisail, in the hope that GRF won't set a child on fire...

so tempting to bring the hideous little orange IM I picked up today, just to wind him up.  The proper low rider is still in Emergency Care after a nasty clash with a teenager.  Sorry.
