Bonus- no slightly dodgy hangover drive home!

BTW I was only taking the piss... Tim always makes the D1 look effortless, rewarding and fun to sail.  I've never seen Russ sail one though, but I'm imagining a one-eyed, rutting walrus rather than gazelle on the plains.

I just have that QM walrus mounting a 300 photo from the Bloody Mary forever ingrained in my mind alongside that photo boat calendar for special needs sailing shot... I've had counselling but they still wont go away.. Confused

If racing finishes early enough on the Saturday I am happy to let people have a go in a Finn or a D-One.

Can someone confirm how many Icons are booked in to race?  If it's only two I may be able to get a third one there for someone to use, depending on logistics.

Thanks Rodney. I like the look of the Icon - but love sailing with kites. Could I be an ideal candidate for having my mind changed ? Or maybe I should stick to what I know and borrow a 200.

for somewhere like Broxbourne, an Icon may be ideal... it's certainly the sort of place I'd use one if I could afford to buy one.

You can't come - no ringers, it's bad enough having pikeys there, never mind Northern Monkey Ringers looking to kick some Southern Pansy arse... Wink

OMG What on earth have I started here?  This is meant to be a great get together and now I see that Northern Monkey Ringers are out to kick arse of Southern Pansys and both of them are, probably, out to kick arse of us poor Pikeys  Ouch

Ringer? Moi?
Genuine forumite and too old to be classed as a ringer of any note.

Mind you I might try and borrow a new Streaker or Graduate. That would make 'looking to kick some Southern Pansy arse' into  Going to kick some Southern Pansy arse.

Can't say much about the Pikeys though as I've always wanted a decent van myself - just no room for it unless I demolish t' Pigeon coop or't wippet hutch. Unhappy
