Just in case anyone is unclear on sports "journalists" competence when working on anything more complex than wendyball, then Ned Boulting book How I Won the Yellow Jumper is an excellent read.

Just watched the 5,000m wheelchair race and got bloody Rob 'Octopus' Walker doing the commentary!
It looked like a really tactical race but all we got was pre-prepared crap like on the sailing. He seems more desperate to come up with a 'They think it's all over' moment more than tell us about what we are watching
