Ha, go on then iguff. Do tell why On-one are the lamest brand in Christendom.

(James - I did warn you that some people don't like them, normally people that havent spent a decent amount of time riding them!)

Love mine, as does everyone else I know that has one too.

How can you describe these as lame?

That's pretty nice Jimbo. Not what I would go for but I can kinda see your reasoning behind it! As Neptune says, pretty brave going for a singlespeed, what gear ratio have you gone for? I am thinking about losing my front mech and just sticking with a 9 speed XT rear mech as for normal trail use I just NEVER use the big or granny ring. (for mixed reasons, my big is has a deflection of around 7mm even after putting it in the vice to straighten it and the small is just designed for girls!)

Ahh but I know you do.. what you really don't care about is being 'found out' in a world where folk still think it's perfectly O.K. to squat their backside in an 'over the toilet like manner' in order to make their favorite pursuit somehow more painful. So it doesn't matter.

Well it used to not matter, but now I'm here, and calling you on it and deep down the guilt is nagging at you, I know this and find it strangely comforting, which worries me.

Oh and that bike? If it were an illness it would be Aids.

That's just disgusting, why build nice flared sides to sit on if 'they' then go all toilet postion, it just looks so wrong. I shall not do it, rather toodle along at the back than demean myself in the name of glory..

Elle Macpherson was in the paper today on one, tres chic, Electra cycles..

Image?

Is there some other reason one should buy anything?

No, don't tell me, because it's old and made of seasoned wood.
