Would a Int moth count as an airship! If so put foils on the icon.

Mobility devices for the elderly. That means Solos and Streakers also qualify. LOL
 
Or you could classify them as 'listed structures' ... VAT exempt !

If you were only building a very few hulls a year, you would not need to be VAT registered.
Also aren't schools VAT exempt? get the kids building them!

That's what happened when I was at school in the 70's. Kids built Mirrors and GP14's

I am very interested in the Icon.More fun than the Albacore?
