I'm not sure even a Mackerel could catch those lures, it looks pretty quick to me. Maybe a Marlin?

Hard to tell from a snapshot in time - they've got either too little rudder lift or more likely given the boat is trimmed flat too much AoA on the mainfoil - that's why the wand is flying around doing nothing.
