Great service!

   Well as most of you know i winge about most things like an old lady!  I can't help it i am a negative person...

But the service i have received from Pinnell and Bax recently has been awesome. So much so i thought i had better tell the forum community about it!  I have recently bought a new mast for the 5oh and the personal service that Ian and his team gave has been second to none.  Collected the new mast this week and the quality of the fit out is just awesome, 505 masts are different boat to boat.  Almost bespoke in their fit out.  When i arrived to collect the mast Ian Pinnel checked the mast off personally and then spent half an hour making sure i knew how to get the best from it. (which is invaluable)

Fantastic work guys, thanks.

I know who will be getting my business from now on.

	To be honest the service i got from them was always Very good. They always had things in stock, and served me well through my time of owning RS's. boat specific stuff was always quite pricey but you have to pay for these guys to keep it in stock so no grumbles there. I have no quibles with LDC, they served me well! If i ever buy another arse i will use them again.

	I happen to think that Ian is a very generous person when it comes to time and passing on his knowledge. At the nationals this year he spent a lot of time not only doing the group debriefs, but also 1 to 1. Welcome to the 5oh fleet - in my experience the most 'giving' fleet I have ever seen. The rock stars will all spend time, that could be better used in the bar, giving tuning advise and explaining just how they make a particular something work for them

	That was kind of my Point, the advice Ian gave me regards the set-up was fantastic. I certainly wasn't expecting it!! The training at the Nationals was great. Unfortunately we missed Ian's piece because we had to set up our tent!! However i here he is joining us at Draycote over the winter, so hopefully there will be some tips available there!
