The guy that unclipped completely is, as far as I know, not getting paid anything anymore after hsi empolyer took a dim view of him flouting the safety rules for working at that height... he's tried to have the video taken down, but fails to understand The Internet. His work saw it.

Being hooked on at that height won't do him any good, you get the effects "suspension trauma" if you're left hanging in a harness for more than 5 to 10 mins, this results in renal failure then death. I don't see the firebrigade getting up there, let alone in that time!
A better & more efficient way to service those antennae would be to access via helicopter like Linesmen do, staying attached to something & having a rescue team close by.
