I believe the two in Penzance SC have been there since I looked them over in 2007! Don't know what condition they're in though. Mine is for sale if you're seriously interested. I believe they only made 6 or 7 in total. One I know went to Connecticut USA and I think one may be in Europe.

There were two parked in the boat park @ Penzance SC when I was there back last summer. Have no clues re ownership or availability tho'.

how fast is it actually in comparable terms?  Quick as a 505, RS800, International 14, 49er, 18ft Skiff?

HI Jockey, that would be great if you could spare one. If you let me know some contact details I can get in touch more formally. For me see - yachtaction.co.uk. I'm putting her in the water in the next 3 weeks to see if the lead board is man enough. If not then I'm thinking of a new 3 mtr board with 300kg keel bulb and lose some crew. What do you think? Maybe get together sometime next year after i've stopped capsizing!!

Shame we are not in the same part of the country or we could line the old girls up again and give it some! Thinking of taking mine down to the Italian lakes and having a laugh. If you look at the You Tube vid of datchet sc '94. Rockport is on there in all her glory. Very distinctive as she's the only port pole. Since that vid she's been known as Orbitel and Gul and maybe Hoya. I am looking for a big kite for it if anyone knows the whereabouts, let me know.
