Typical Travellers trophy diet
breakfast = beer lunch beer + banana (someone told me its good for sailing (best to wash it down with beer in case) dinner = beer followed by toasts of wine next day breakfast - beer followed by the world buggist fry-up (hung over cure!) afetr that i tend to eat a bit better beer doe's have an adverse affect on ones ability so sail! unless its blowing old boots in which case more beer could help overcome fear (funny how they ryhme isnt it?) i wonder... |
