I know you have a business interest, but think with respect, all you had to say was that you'd be there with a D1.

We didn't need the full advert for holidays and stuff.

I have had brilliant sailing weather so far this weekend....today was a really good breeze.

I think this picture is great if not a little dark, but it shows the downwind trim is now sorted!

D-One Regatta in Scarlino next week....

Well I am going to this event, but I have never sailed in Italy before.

Have any of you sailed around about this time?

I was wondering what sailing gear to pack as I am limited on baggage weight!

Any ideas greatly recieved thanks

I thought you might come up trumps "TT"

Many thanks for that....

Although my sailing kit currently comprises of Dry suit, Winter wetsuit, summer wetsuit and 2 shorties....and a knackered old spray top.

I am in the market for a new spray top.....I kind of liked the Magic Marine ones or the Henri Lloyd breathables.

Thanks for help

Tim,

Check out the You Tube footage of the Melges 24's at The Volvo Cup
there last week (I think ?).

They all looked pretty well togged up.

Serious wind and waves ! Reckon you will probably need a spare pare of
pants as well (check out the Melges broaching) !

Good luck
Not now Kato (you fewl) !
