It does depress me that I have to chgange insurers or whatever every other damn year because they come back with crazy prices if you stay with them too long. Maybe it would stop the supermarkets ripping off the poor damn farmers too.

At renewal time every year I phone my home insurers and say I am going to cancel. It is amazing to see how quickly £200 is taken off my renewal premium. There are so many introductory offers around it does pay to cancel or threaten to cancel.

Pity it is not the same for dinghy insurance.
