If you fancy meeting up for a beer or a chat would be up for that. I will be
the one sat in the RS100 pretending to sail and refusing to get out !

Not now Kato (you fewl) !

Does anyone know the thinking behind RS releasing two TN numbers? The 300 gets the same number for each rig....

The big difference with the 100 and 300 is I see the small rig being much more popular than the 300's small rig.

Therefore running the class to suit both eventual fleets makes alot of sense to me.

Cheers,

Keith.

I've got no problem with the small rig having a different TN number, just know from a scorers point of view it will add potential confusion at club level. I also know that any returns made by clubs to the RYA will more than likely not have a distinction between the two rigs. This means that all the returns will be amalgamated to give one number.

This can be stamped out early, and I urge all new RS100 sailors to sign on stating which rig you are using and make sure that whoever does your returns states which rig the return is for. This way your numbers will be as accurate as possible, as quickly as possible.

What will happen at the 100 nationals. Will it be a 1 fleet event scored on handicap or will there be two separate fleets?
