i would hate to own that boat, would be too scared of damaging it etc.

however it would be very nice to unpack at an event and watch how many people flock to see it  beautiful boat, just not particularly practical for most people.

Saying that though, even with my contender which is nearly 30 years old and only worth about £600, there is still normally at least one person who walks past and eyes it up. Makes you feel like you have a cool boat, even if its never going to win you a nationals
