   yeah believe me i know, bintheredun that, thankfuly the kids were very goos about it.  
As long as they dont put me in oppies then i will be fine.

	Yeah try and have a few goes in the boats you are going to be teaching in cos if the instructor can't sail the boat to a good standard it doesnt look good to the people you are teaching !

	Sounds good. Never sailed one. Think im gona have to get to grips wit the boats I will be sailng before teaching in them. once tried at teachin ina 420 and got very confused with the tiller extention, (first tie i had sailed it)

	4000s are great ! 3 years of teaching in them - along with other high perf dinghies. Personally I find them a very 'robust' dinghy that can be sailed well in any wind condition.

	The waters usually ok as long as it hasnt been raining heavy - the weekend of the games it was blowing a 7 with squalls of rain every hour or so! - I have only ever sailed a 4k once and that was in greece in a 5 - thought it was a really nice boat to sail, might of been helped by the warm water, sunshine and consistent breeze!!
	Any one in need of quality carbon fibre work (tillers etc) at decent prices! Int 14 Gbr 1244 'Nucking Futs' The New Port rule!!.

	I'm crewing a 4k this weekend at Cardiff Bay, I told the helm that I don't do capsizing! Even more of a reason not to now.

	I raced in the sailing games in a spice it was one hell of a weekend! Though after falling in the water me and my mate had stomach poisining for about a week after very unpleasant! It was a fun event, anyone who can make it should come this year - its usually at the start of september or sumtime close!

	yeah will def try to make friend with these people if it means a go on those boats. i sail a 200 at the moment, only crewing.
