not at a place like this, I have done coaching weeks bafore but that is in a boat I know and with people I vaugly know, I also coach almost every weekend but that is for people who I have sailed against. So im kinda nervous.

you'll have a great time ... one thing though ... if you want to sail the high performance stuff ... get to know the high performance instructors so that on your spare time they can take you out - or you can take them out ! (Don't know what you sail at the moment)

yeah will def try to make friend with these people if it means a go on those boats. i sail a 200 at the moment, only crewing. |

I raced in the sailing games in a spice it was one hell of a weekend!
Though after falling in the water me and my mate had stomach poisining
for about a week after
 very unpleasant! It was a fun event, anyone who can make it should come this year - its usually at the start of september or sumtime close! |

I'm crewing a 4k this weekend at Cardiff Bay, I told the helm that I don't do capsizing! Even more of a reason not to now. |

The waters usually ok as long as it hasnt been raining heavy - the
weekend of the games it was blowing a 7 with squalls of rain every hour
or so! - I have only ever sailed a 4k once and that was in greece in a
5 - thought it was a really nice boat to sail, might of been helped by
the warm water, sunshine and consistent breeze!!
