Any number of specialist foil builders out there who coul make you a new one. It will cost of course. Talk to any of the custom boat builders who do your size of boat and see who they recommend. Second hand? Reckon you'll be out of luck.

I have a 28 ft yacht, not a production model unfortunately, and I have just lost my rudder. I need a suitable new/second hand transom mouted rudder. Any idea where I could get one?
