The quality has deteriorated I suspect but the full format version is slightly better. The full version is about an hour long, I've edited it down to about 30 mins to make it half way interesting........It looked like a very windy event.

A short clip from the 1983 Int 14 Worlds.

Not particularly brilliant but interesting maybe, The first handheld (over the sholder) cameras where produced in 83, so very early for video. It was found in a members loft and I converted it to digital as part of an attempt to get all of the clubs pics and vids in one place and on view.

This Worlds was won by Jamie and Hugh Kid from Canada, Phil Morrison was 5th or 6th I think. If anyone has any more background info on this event re the boats and competitors?:-
