	Of course!! Take Jaffa cakes, for example: among the ingredients, it lists cocoa, sugar (3 times ), orange, natural flavourings, etc. All healthy products - can't go wrong with that! Besides, the box claims that there are only 46 calories in each cake.... As if I needed an excuse

I thought you were getting quite enthusiastic, all of the sudden As for the number of postings, at no point could I criticize anyone for posting too much, on poinless subjects; I've done that 291 times so far, and I've just been caught up posting a sailing-related message.
