A photo taken by one of my mates at the last round of the Alton Water Monday night series - "The Shed" featuring its rather 'tired' kite (ex Minorca Sailing) No, it's not spectacular, just a nice pic of my boat:

I fear that you may well be right, The kite is the one that it would have worn when it was originally in Minorca and it looks like it may well disintegrate at any moment, it's tempting to get repairs done just for the nostalgia of having the original kite but I reckon that the average sail loft might well laugh hysterically if I suggested that I might like to patch it yet again ! LOL

You mean your going to use it again between now and April? Thats might brave!

I've just washed and ironed my kite ... Putting it away neatly folded and pressed in the loft. It might make an appearance again in about March next year.

... Unless the mice are nesting in it that is!!!

A l2k sailor at bbsc has a similar kite but his son used to work for minorca so...
