It's the normal jib by the looks of it, just the top has twisted off as it's been eased and you can't see it.
Needs to sail more...

That is actuall a good way to teach new Musto sailors the ropes. As quick as possible, the experienced guy should be the one inside the boat. It seems a bit heavy in the back too. Nice shot though.
