I think this extract from RRS 69 applies:-

SECTION C

GROSS MISCONDUCT

69 ALLEGATIONS OF GROSS MISCONDUCT

69.1 Obligation not to Commit Gross Misconduct

(a) A competitor shall not commit conduct bringing the sport into disrepute.

what Graeme gets up to after sailing with Mistress Katie in that Dungeon of Hoddesdon he 'cycled' back to, really doesn't need bringing up.

Oops!  Sorry I was, of course, referring to Gross Misconduct Disapprove

I thought it was when you ran over a trout or something... the motion of the boat sliding down its back is akin to planing on a faster boat.

Is that how iGRF's wetsuit got split?  Was he run over by a, pretending to plane, Solo?

I seem to recall it was (blissfully) Solo free at the FOM.  I can't wait for next year, when I again beat iGRF over the water and he has all that ammunition to get vocal about how my boat is total bandit, that really will be water off a duck, or trout's back...

btw- Neptune, watch your verbs matey... that reads very, very wrong.  Dead Ouch Cry Dead
