Apart from spamming, the worst thing is clicking the "delete all" button in your PM instead of "delete selected"! I always do that, and it's sooooo agravating!!

Niaaaaarrhh! 
It's some kind of security that gets triggered when you post quite a few messages in a short period of time. It's very difficult to predict the timing of the anti-spamming, though. Sometimes, it'll let you post 10 times in a row, sometimes you get blocked after 4 messages. The only way is to wait a bit and try again.

When you feel you're likely to get the spam message, C&P your message before posting. It saves you typing it all over again next time!
