Finally got most of it today; they missed a bit!!! Spoke to the boss and there may be some reasons why it's a little chaotic at the moment. But.....................

Spoke to the boss yesterday. They will be resending AGAIN today via courier; did ask for the tracking number; but no answer to yet.
I've been told to expect delivery tomorrow....

Ive tried to contact them recently to get new tiller for the T with no responce.
was after they were supposed to be back off holiday not a good first impression!!!!!!!

Anyone else having problems getting stuff from Carbonology.
Had an order in for dispatch BEFORE they closed for their summer holiday; For some reason I did not get it. They SAY they resent the order last FRIDAY (19th) and it still has not arrived; been calling them (no call back to my messages) and no reply to Emails.... Is this how they normally operate?? Ta Simon |
