You'll want to mix in enough to make a thickish paste which is thick enough not to run but not so thick that you can't work it into the hole. It's one of those things that's done by feel rather than giving exact quantities. If in doubt, have a practice on  some scrap material first.

I've got some filler now, how do I know how much to add to the epoxy mixture? It doesn't say on the tub. If it's any help, I've got a Blue Gee 5:1 "G" epoxy system and the Blue Gee "R" Racing filler

You'll need to add a filler such as micro-balloons.

I've managed to rip a screw out of its thread on the 29er. It's the aft screw on the deck fixing for the spinnaker downhaul turning block. It's been suggested that I should epoxy the hole then re-drill a new thread. If so, do I need to use a filler such as glass bubbles or is the epoxy fine for this job straight out of the bottles? I also need to fill a couple of holes, and possibly a worn-through daggerboard casing, on the 600, so the same question arises.

Someone suggested I use a slug and a slightly smaller screw in the existing hole. Is this any better?
