Superspas vs Selden Spreader adjustment

   Basically they slot in the end of the spreaders, if I remember correctly the pivot bolt then holds them in place. The spreader is now free to swing forwards when not under tension and it's angle when under tension is controlled by the wingbolt which stops on the front of the bracket. The wingbolt is a standard metric size so you can replace them with shorter machine screws for a lower profile and less risk of pokage on the mainsail. I'm assuming the spreader arm and bracket you have are the same ones the use on alloy masts.

	Not seen them before Luke! How do they work? The setup at the moment is pin and hole. The Selden setup is so much smoother!

	Can you not fit the Superspar inboard angle adjusters? http://shop.pinbax.com/index.asp?selection=detailed&uid=3531 5&itemtitle=Spreader%20Inboard%20Angle%20Adjusters I'm assuming it uses pins and rings at the moment.

	Odd question i suppose but can selden spreaders and adjusters be used on a Superspars carbon mast? The reason i ask is the adjustment on the standard Superspar spreader set up is fairly agricultural. I am currently using a different sail to most of the fleet and as such need to trial some different rig settings.
