I usually reckon that as it hasn't been exposed to UV its probably lasted, so is OK until the next time the decks come off...

the tanks of my boat have been painted on the inside - I would imagine this was done as the boat was being built. Given that I can't reach much inside the tank, is there a method by which I can spray inside them? I'm not going to be able to do much prep in there either, so is there any point?
