It's a slippery slope Iain. With all those rig choices, it will ALWAYS be perfect conditions for the MM and we might find you sitting ashore with a beer when you should be sailing a real boat! Actually, the more I think about it, the more amazing that sounds, I bet the boat park space is cheap for a boat that small too?! |

Indeedy. It was either that, stamp collecting or train spotting. However, now that I have once again sailed in a proper boat (18!) the MM is still VERY useful. After a particularly brutal xmas do last Saturday, Tom V and teamed up again and went for a sail...sat in the nice heated OD box at Draycote with a weapons grade coffee each, we went for a sail round OL and K, I was sailing the MM (which was miles away and an almost invisible yellow blob) and Tom, looking through binoculars was saying where to go! Sure beat cold, drizzle and a rather dull sub 10 mph! |
