   Sounds good. I especially like the work to extend Cats in other countries. That's got to be key. 

At the last Finn worlds there were 30 countries, at the last Hobie Worlds 22 and Tornado Worlds 20. When there are more countries at a multihull worlds than a Finn one it will be an awful lot easier to get the Finn out. If you could get a whole bunch of African nations racing Cats that would be really powerful politically, as sailing is really weak in Africa compared to other watersports.
