You can already leave a comment and give the product a star rating. Not quite the same as uploading a brand-new entry in the catalogue, but I'm sure you can also e-mail the catalogue person to suggest new stuff.

it would also give a more true perception of what kit is good and waht is rubbish. I know that could be hard on some of the advertisers but it would help show what kit is popular and could then in turn help the advertisers to improve their kit.

Interesting, Its a shame theres only a limited range of products at the moment but im sure more will be added soon.

Have you thought about allowing user-submitted kit? Probibly hard to police (and less easy on the advertisers?) but perhaps easier to aprove/deny suggestions than have to go through and manually add everything yourself.
