Thanks everyone for much help and advice. In the meantime I have bought a short length of carbon tube in order to repair the pole; if it proves strong enough I probably won't replace it...

I have already contacted them through another company. I'll be sending spec off to a few manufacturers as well this afternoon.

We broke our carbon pole last Sunday and I'm wondering if anyone here knows a good source for carbon tube...

Any help would be much appreciated.
