Leading international sailing forum? Nowhere near! This place has a fraction of the activity and gathered expertise (also, shouting idiots) of somewhere such as Sailing Anarchy.

It isn't a bad forum as these things go, but it is pretty small.

I must admit to being bemused that by far the best guy on statistics that is contributing to our RYA/Catamaran string is Chris249 and yet he is located in Australia. Much of the data he quotes is from the UK but it comes from all round the world.

I'm also impressed by the international interest there is in the Y&Y forum. I guess the widespread distribution of our petition may have helped this but I suspect that it is happening on other parts of the site too. Is the Y&Y forum becoming the leading international sailing forum?

10 years ago this sort of data acquisition and debate would have been hard to imagine. How times change?
