   looks good but i know the guys and they foiled just twice. the first
time with the help of a motorboat and the second time nobody saw him
during the europeans.

	yup. good explanation hurri. leave all the complicated quantum physics multiplied by the bilateral chocolate frog.... the only thing i would add is it uses they same principle as an aeroplane wing to create lift. ie a curved surface makes the water go faster over one side or sumtin therefore creating lift and loads of potted petunias.

	it uses hydrofoils they create lift when going fast through water and lift the boat up out of the water then reduce wetted surface area and a increase in speed!!!
