	Open the Study Pack, and open this document. RRS Study Pack 2025-2028 - Study Version of the Racing Rules of Sailing for 2025-2028 That shows all the changes to the RRS. You then need to open the Submissions documents to read the Submissions explaining the changes.

	Is there a document highlighting the changes? I couldn't see one on a quick look yesterday.
