Yeah I was looking at those numbers on the new PN list. Seems to me that anybody who can get 100+ races returned for a 'dormant' class would get a PN. I think coming last in every race might not work but getting out of the last 25% with some regularity should do it.

Time to start racing the Spice seriously again maybe?

Done this for the last few years. Sorted the new PN list by returns. I fully appreciate it doesn’t paint a completely picture of dinghy racing but it gives and interesting indicator of what your average Sunday Warriors are up-to. 

Dominance of S/H, trapeze boat Fireball - 22, was 10 a few years back
