Welcome to the forum :) are you a member of a club? That would be the place to start. Then there's Facebook, if there isn't a suitable group already you could start one and, as BB says the CA website is worth a look too.

Well I doubt posting in "Olympic Sailing" is the answer.

Clubs and class associations sometimes run crew lists.
