	It does seem a very protracted length of time to find out BK didn't own the rights he was seeking to protect any more...

	Looks entirely strightforward. Must be more to it than that, or it would not have taken so long to get a verdict? I wonder how the legal bill compares to the couple of million sale price for the rights to one of the most successful products in sailing?

	Looks like some sort of verdict has been announced in the Bruce Kirby/Laser lawsuit. Not being a lawyer I'm not too sure what this means, but to a layman such as myself it looks like the judge ruled that Kirby didn't have any right to bring the action as he'd previously sold his interests in the "the Laser business". http://www.pressure-drop.us/forums/content.php?6564-Laser-Lawsuit-Verdict-Announced
