GRF? your dream boat is done!

You'd guess so, most things float too high when capsized anyway to my mind. 

I always respect those who have the energy to give things a go, more so if they also have the wit to make something that actually works albeit perhaps within certain parameters. Given it's stated low weight, sail area and righting moment this will doubtless be quick. If you like it depends on how you define good design and I suppose that really depends on the set goals. To some it will be a brave step forward into a new world and to others blundering further down the lane of limited usability.

The ToY got Lasered, really. More hassle, for not enough benefit. That, and Tony Allen has been quoted as saying he didn't have time to look after the boat, being too busy making fittings. The TT does look pretty similar. Trouble is, it doesn't looked totally thought through as a finished product.
